Maitra is a recognized thought leader, frequently sharing her expertise at national and international forums. Her extensive experience spans both non-profit and private sectors, providing a unique and comprehensive perspective on resource mobilization.
As CEO and Co-Founder of Resolve Asia, Maitra has successfully offered professional fundraising and marketing consultancy services to non-profits and CSR consultancy to private companies. Her tenure at organizations like WWF Indonesia, WWF Greater Mekong, SOS Children’s Villages South East Asia, and UNICEF Indonesia has honed her skills in developing effective fundraising strategies and cultivating high-value donor relationships.
Outside of work, Maitra is committed to sustainability. She is an avid traveler, literature enthusiast, and master scuba-diver.

Fikri Sultoni as COO of Resolve Asia: Fikri Sultoni is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Resolve Asia, where he has been serving since September 2022. He brings a wealth of experience in face-to-face sales and fundraising, having previously worked with Save the Children Indonesia, where he successfully led teams across multiple cities to secure substantial donor contributions. With a strong background in sales strategy, planning, corporate communications, and human resources management, Fikri is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and driving the strategic growth of Resolve Asia to advance sustainability initiatives.
Hamid Abidin is an experienced fundraising consultant and strategic partner at Resolve Asia, specializing in philanthropy, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and non-profit sector development in Indonesia. He has held leadership roles in numerous organizations, including serving as CEO of Friendraising Indonesia and Executive Director of the Indonesia Philanthropy Association. Hamid’s expertise lies in fundraising, resource mobilization, multi-sector partnerships, and corporate philanthropy, where he applies his skills to support sustainable development and enhance the effectiveness of civil society organizations.
Ahmad Husein is a seasoned professional with nearly 30 years of experience across both profit and non-profit sectors, particularly in philanthropy, strategic communication, and resource mobilization. He has served in key roles at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, where he led national society development and capacity-building initiatives, focusing on resource mobilization and strategic communications. Ahmad’s extensive background in organizational development and his deep understanding of natural and wildlife conservation now support his work as a Strategic Partner at Resolve Asia, where he fosters impactful collaborations and strategic partnerships.
